Place a bucket full of cold water up on the door, balancing the bucket on the slightly open door and call the person into their room by telling them that you colored on their wall and watch them go in to there room and get wet when the bucket fall down and spill the water onto them.

Or if you want the water to spill into their room:

Hang a full bucket of water on the inside of the door on the door handle. Hold the outside handle up and shut the door without lowering the handle and letting the bucket fall. Now do the same, tell them you have colored their walls. The person will storm into the room, push the handle down which will make the bucket drop and then open the door which will hit the bucket of water across the floor.
