Birthday cake prank

Instead of a candle, push a small object with a piece of string tied to it into the middle of a cake so that just a short piece of the string is visible and ask the birthday boy to pull out the object with his mouth for all his wishes to come true.

The catch is as he tries to pull out the object, someone would tap the back of his head and his face would be covered with the icing of the cake.
