This baby bottle box is very easy to make. This is the perfect thank-you or favor gift box for baby showers.

Just cut the pattern out on plain card stock.
Use the cap section of the bottle to cut an additional little cap card in a contrasting color and glue it on so that the bottle and the cap are different colors.

Use glue or double sided tape to attach the tabs to the inside of the bottle

Hang a little ribbon with a tag around the top part of the box and you are done.
