LIFE WAS DIFFERENT BACK THEN!

What can we do... things change rapidly.

Here's a fun poem about Computers I wrote a few years back:

Computer, Computer what have you done
Life was great before you saw the sun

I didn't have to google, facebook or tweet
I had time to feel the sand under my feet

I didn't have sore eye's from all your games
Robbing me of work time, breaking my speed

NO emails were great
Real letters took a week

I knew my childrens faces
Not just their backside traces

Life was simple but fun
Wait ... there's that tone, I have mail..
Have to run!

Nice to see a site that appreciate the real fun things in life.

Before computers is so true!

Before Computers is SOOOO truee! I had a lovely chuckle and could not wait to show it to the family! Now they understand why I loved the times before computers AND why I'm very often confused about all the new computer terms!

This is my take on computer users:

Computer Users are divided into three types: novice, intermediate and expert.

?Novice Users - People who are afraid that simply pressing a key will break their computers.

?Intermediate Users - People who don't know how to fix their computer after they have just pressed a key that broke it.

?Expert Users - People who know which keys to press to break other people's computers.
